Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms cover Donbu, the iPhone app and the service behind it. By using Donbu, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
The app license
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use the app.
Who can use Donbu
You must be at least 13 years old to use Donbu.
Suggestions can be wrong
Donni's suggestions come from AI and can be wrong. Donbu isn't medical, nutrition or allergy advice. If you have an allergy, tell the restaurant. Place details such as distance, price and hours can be out of date.
What you log is yours
You own what you log. You let Donbu store and process it only to run the service for you.
Don't misuse Donbu
- Don't access other people's data.
- Don't attack or overload the service.
- Don't upload illegal content.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. Delete your account shows how. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty
We provide Donbu as is, to the extent the law allows.
